I've been working as a Real Estate agent here in Orlando since my last year at UCF. Things have been great for me since I graduated and I hope that everyone else is doing real well too. See everybody around...

| Hello, everyone. Great to see that we can all keep in touch this way. I moved down from California, affiliated at UCF and lived in the quad for a few years, from 1996 to 1997. I currently live in West Palm Beach and I'm doing financial services (anything from income protection to mortgages to investments). This is a wonderful idea to stay connected, especially seeing some of us are outside the central florida area.
This is David Greenberg (Sweet Chuck), BH1042. Graduated in 1998. Currently living in Tampa and working for Citigroup within the Citigroup Realty Services - MIS Division as a Business Interface Manager.
I hope everyone is doing well and glad to have a way to hear from many different generations of brothers.

Sup Jim! Hope all is well.
Vernon Rupinta here. BH 616. Graduated from UCF in '91 . Working as a civil engineer with the Federal Aviation Administration in the Orlando area. I've been active with UCF Alumni Association as a volunteer for about two years now. I'm currently Chairman of the UCF Metro Orlando Alumni Chapter.

Hertzy...I can't believe you live in Vegas man. Hitting the tables much? I definitely want to come back out there and visit, i was there for 7 weeks in Jan/Feb opening the Dan Marino's in the Hooters hotel.
To everyone else...Im BH 1331 (Fall 02), graduated in December 05, and I am currently in graduate school at Nova Southeastern for my Doctorate in Psychology. I know there are a bunch of us in South Fla., O'Keefe, Trivento, younger guys, etc.
Good to see this goin on, I'm sure we all miss the old times...

What's Up guys! Finally this CFLXA Site is really kicking off! I am about 2 minutes from heading out the door to head to Frank Soldonos wedding in Orlando -
Background check - I live in Palm Beach Gardens, Growing a Mortgage business by sprinkling magic dust on it, its actually working - And no it didnt work on me, Trust me thats the first place I tried.

what's going on?? this is nick merolle--a.k.a. "the grinch"--BH 1301. Graduated in August 2005. I moved to California a couple months ago, and I'm working for Citibank. This place is a blast, but I definitely miss being at devaney's at least 4 nights a week. If anyone's ever on the west coast, hit me up.

I have also hitting the trails(Mt. Biking) up in Snow Hill in Chuluota on sundays with a couple other Lambda Chi's(Gooch and Dave Ellis) If anybody is up for it.
