Guys, I am the new President of Maslow Insurance Agency which is the wholly owned insurance subsidiary of Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp the #8 mortgage lender in the United States with over $4 billion in fundings each month. We are building our National Headquarters in Ocala, FL and are struggling to find qualified personel. We've had 35 positions open for the past 3 weeks and have found only 7 qualified candidates. We are planning on hiring over 120 people over the next 12 months.
We have initiated a new sales trainee program in which we will hire unlicensed candidates and pay them $10/hr to study and get their insurance license and then sell insurance policies at $15/hr + bonuses. We cover ALL of a qualified candidates expenses and only require a six-month employment commitment. After that we are confident that succesful candidates will be earning over $100k per year through salary and bonus by selling 100 to 200 policies per month.
The job requires that you work out of our Ocala office and the hours are from 12 PM to 9 PM Monday to Friday. The candidate must be comfortable with making sales and helping customers over the phone. We have over 25,000 warm leads per month that our sales agents will be contacting to help people with their insurance needs.
